We don’t like call out charges, they’re messy and seem like an extra. So we have only added them where serious expenses have been incurred.
Life changes, we travel to different locations more often, further afield and back again. It’s something we have to reconsider, but it will still not be an extra.
Here’s the plan, note there is no change to standard hourly rates.
Starting October 2016
If you are NOT on our regular visiting day, a minimum call out fee of £5 will be added to the hourly visit (minimum fee therefore £25).
If the visit IS on our regular day, its still £5, and it covers any return on the regular day for next 4 weeks. Cant guarantee we can fit you in though!
For Regulars, on our weekly ‘local’ visits that’s only £5 per calendar month. Normally to be paid at the beginning of the month or added to the invoice. Typically this would be for student/support sessions and classes where we meet regularly.
Appointments made on our ‘local’ days tend to be charged at a special low rate anyway, our way of supporting ‘community areas’. And notice, the travel expenses are shared by everyone that day, isn’t that fair?
Special callouts to other areas will be charged from £10 – special journeys will still be charged on a cost basis as before.
All subject to change of course, hopefully it will work well and keep everyone’s costs to a minimum. If this is a financial burden to you, please mention it.
