The S6 Support Package gives you 6 hours of support, development or training time, used in any combination during the 12 months of the pack’s validity.
The S12 Support Package gives you 12 hours of support, development or training time, used in any combination during the 12 months of the pack’s validity.
The service packs do not renew but you can update it or upgrade at any time. Any time unused is added to your new purchase.
Refunds are only available if the package is completely unused, and would normally attract a service fee equal to our minimum unit charge
