Providing training is a major part of our work, with trainers who have extensive college teaching experience, rather than just techies. Trainers teach a wide range of subjects, even from absolute beginner level (eg. government run introduction courses).
Did you know our training side SpringStep.co.uk are launching telephone support for their IT beginners classes?
This is in response to the current distancing necessary to defeat the spread of COVID19. We hope to be expanding the remote training soon.

We don’t like call out charges, they’re messy and seem like an extra. So we have only added them where serious expenses have been incurred.
Life changes, we travel to different locations more often, further afield and back again. It’s something we have to reconsider, but it will still not be an extra.

All support packages provided with hosting include training as an option – when you call you have only to ask for training rather than technical site support. Training is taken from your package at the same rate as technical support, and charged for at the same rate.
Onsite training or for extended periods can arranged at special rates.
Training is provided by our professionally qualified instructors with many years of university or college teaching.
